Akropolis is the biggest shopping center in Klaipėda and the sixth largest shopping mall in Lithuania with 76,410 m2 (820,000 sq ft). It was built by the Lithuanian company AB "Vilniaus Akropolis" (headed by Mindaugas Marcinkevičius) in 2005. It was built Taikos pr. 61. On the side of the building there is a four-level free car park. The entertainment area featuring an Olympic-sized ice arena, several restaurants, 6 cinema halls, bowling, casinos and other entertainment venues. There are grocery stores, Maxima LT supermarket, 244 shops etc. The mall also has bookstores. [1] [2] Owner is AKROPOLIS GROUP, UAB.

Shopping mall complex of shops

A shopping mall is a modern, chiefly North American, term for a form of shopping precinct or shopping center, in which one or more buildings form a complex of shops representing merchandisers with interconnecting walkways that enable customers to walk from unit to unit. A shopping arcade is a specific type of shopping precinct which is usually distinguished in English for mall shopping by the fact that connecting walkways are not owned by a single proprietor and are in open air. Shopping malls in 2017 accounted for 8% of retailing space in the United States.

Lithuania, officially the Republic of Lithuania, is a country in the Baltic region of Europe. Since its independence, Lithuania is considered to be one of the Baltic states. It is situated along the southeastern shore of the Baltic Sea, to the east of Sweden and Denmark. It is bordered by Latvia to the north, Belarus to the east and south, Poland to the south, and Kaliningrad Oblast to the southwest. Lithuania has an estimated population of 2.7 million people as of 2019, and its capital and largest city is Vilnius. Other major cities are Kaunas and Klaipėda. Lithuanians are Baltic people. The official language, Lithuanian, along with Latvian, is one of only two living languages in the Baltic branch of the Indo-European language family.

Joshua Treadwell McCown is an American football quarterback for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at SMU and Sam Houston State. McCown attended Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas, where he was named the East Texas Player of the Year and earned All-State honorable mention honors as a senior. John Thomas O'Sullivan is a former professional gridiron football quarterback and is the current head football coach of Patrick Henry High School (CA) who played in the National Football League (NFL), NFL Europe and Canadian Football League (CFL) from 2002 to 2012. He played college football for the UC Davis Aggies of the University of California, Davis, where he was a three-year starter and threw for career totals of 10,745 yards and 96 touchdowns. He was named a First Team All-American in 2000 and a Second Team All-American in 2001. He was inducted into the Cal Aggie Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008.

Egypt 1156 B.C. – Tomb of the Pharaoh is a 1997 adventure video game co-published by Cryo Interactive Entertainment, Canal+ Multimedia and the Réunion des Musées Nationaux for the Microsoft Windows and PlayStation. It was later released in North America by DreamCatcher Interactive.

Peter Alan Thomas is a former American football quarterback and current offensive analyst of the Appalachian State Mountaineers football team. He was a three-year starter at Valhalla High School in El Cajon, California and earned various All-State honors. He began his college football career at Colorado State, where he was the team's primary starter from 2010 to 2011. In 2010, he was the only true freshman in the nation to start all of his team's games at quarterback. He then transferred to NC State, where he redshirted in 2012 and was a backup in 2013. After the 2013 season, he transferred to Louisiana–Monroe and was the team's starter in 2014. Thomas later started six games for the Los Angeles Kiss of the Arena Football League (AFL) in 2016. He has also been a member of the Minnesota Havok and Tampa Bay Storm.

Jared Scott Norris is an American football linebacker for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played football at Centennial High School in Bakersfield, California, where he was a three-year starter and three-year letterman. He also earned All-State honors his senior year. Norris played college football at Utah, where he was a three-year starter and four-year letterman. His senior year in 2015, he was named Second Team All-Pac-12 and played in the Senior Bowl. During his college career, Norris played in 42 games and started 32 of them. He recorded 269 total tackles, 7.0 sacks, eight pass breakups, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, Norris signed with the Panthers.

Kameron Canaday is an American football long snapper for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Portland State and signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2016.

Jordan Cornell Williams is an American football outside linebacker for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played his senior season of high school football at Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Florida. He played college football at Tennessee for four years. Williams played in 44 games, of which he started 21, during his college career, recording 66 tackles and 6.5 sacks. After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, he signed with the New York Jets and spent time on the team's practice squad before being released in September 2015. He was then signed by the Miami Dolphins, where he spent time on both the practice squad and active roster, before being released in September 2016. Lithuanian Union of Architects

The Lithuanian Union of Architects is an independent organization with 1079 members (2008) headquartered in Vilnius. It was founded in 1925 in Kaunas. It is a member of the International Union of Architects since 1993. Its board of directors has 6 members and a president who are elected every three years during the general assembly.

URMAS

Prekybos miestelis Urmas is the third largest marketplace in the Lithuania 90,000 m2. Urmas is in Kaunas. It was built in 1992 and is managed by Lithuanian company UAB "Prekybos miestelis URMAS“. Urmas has over 2000 several shops. Many individual sellers. Urmas is more of a traditional marketplace than shopping mall.

PLC Panorama

PLC Panorama is the third largest shopping center in Vilnius and the seventh largest shopping mall in Lithuania with 65,000 m2. It is owned by UAB E.L.L. „Nekilnojamas Turtas“. It was built by the Lithuanian company in 2005 in Saltoniškės. There are 180 dealer locations, 18 cafes and restaurants, 1600 free parking spaces in the underground car park, 30 escalators and lifts.
