Łężyca [wɛ̃ˈʐɨt͡sa] (German : Lansitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zielona Góra, within Zielona Góra County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. [1] It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) north of Zielona Góra.

Gmina Zielona Góra was a rural gmina in Zielona Góra County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the city of Zielona Góra. Since January 1, 2015 the gmina is a dzielnica of the city. The gmina covered an area of 220.45 square kilometres (85.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population was 16,238.
