The 1993 Segunda División B play-offs (Playoffs de Ascenso or Promoción de Ascenso) were the final playoffs for promotion from 1992–93 Segunda División B to the 1993–94 Segunda División. The four first placed teams in each of the four Segunda División B groups played the Playoffs de Ascenso and the four last placed teams in Segunda División were relegated to Segunda División B.

The 1992–93 Segunda División B season was the 16th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 5 September 1992, and the season ended in 27 June 1993 with the promotion play-off final games.

1993–94 Segunda División sports season

The 1993–94 Segunda División season saw 20 teams participate in the second flight Spanish league. RCD Español, Real Betis and SD Compostela were promoted to Primera División. CD Castellón, Real Murcia, Real Burgos and Cádiz CF were relegated to Segunda División B.

The Segunda División, officially known as La Liga 2 and stylized as La Liga 1|2|3 for sponsorship reasons, is the men's second professional association football division of the Spanish football league system. Administrated by the Liga de Fútbol Profesional (LFP), it is contested by 22 teams, with the top two teams plus the winner of a play-off promoted to La Liga and replaced by the three lowest-placed teams in that division.
