Handball Olympic team sport played by 7 players a side on an indoor court

Handball is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins.

John Beilein American basketball coach

John Patrick Beilein is an American basketball coach and current head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers. He has previously coached the Michigan Wolverines (2007–2019), West Virginia Mountaineers (2002–2007), Richmond Spiders (1997–2002), Canisius Golden Griffins (1992–1997) in NCAA Division I as well as Le Moyne College (1983–1992), Nazareth College (1982–1983) and Erie Community College (1978–1982). Texas A&M Aggies mens basketball

The Texas A&M Aggies men's basketball team represents Texas A&M University in NCAA Division I college basketball. The Aggies compete in the Southeastern Conference. Since 1998, the teams has played its home games at Reed Arena, a 12,989-capacity arena in College Station, Texas on the campus of Texas A&M University. The Aggies are currently coached by Buzz Williams who was hired on April 3, 2019 prior to the start of the 2019-2020 season.

The 1999–2000 Iowa State Cyclones men's basketball team represents Iowa State University during the 1999–2000 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Cyclones were coached by Larry Eustachy, who was in his 2nd season. They played their home games at Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa and competed in the Big 12 Conference. The captains were Stevie Johnson and Michael Nurse.

Matthew Colin "Matt" Ryan, a native of New York, was captain of the 1996 US Olympic handball team. He was a member of the US National team from 1989-1996 and he competed at the Goodwill Games in 1994 where the US team ranked 6 of 6. He played basketball for the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Long Island University.

USA Team Handball The governing body for handball in the United States

USA Team Handball is the governing body for handball in the United States. USA Team Handball is funded in part by the U.S. Olympic Committee. Previously, the governing body was the United States Team Handball Federation, but was revoked of its governing duties by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).

The Men's College National is a team handball tournament to determine the College National Champion from the US.

The Women's College National is a team handball tournament to determine the College National Champion from the US.

The 2018 College Nationals was the 23rd Men's College Nationals. The College Nationals was a team handball tournament to determine the College National Champion from 2018 from the US. The University of Virginia played extremely well, wildly outperforming expectations behind strong performances from the outgoing fourth-year class, but ultimately fell short in the final to the machine-like cadets from West Point. UVA has improved vastly over the last three years, and has risen to the elite ranks of collegiate team handball.

The Men's Elite National is a team handball tournament to determined the National Champion from the US. Only qualified teams are allowed to play in this Division. The other teams have to play in the Open Division. Automatic bids are given to the winners of the Northeast Team Handball League, Great Lakes Team Handball Association, and Western Team Handball League. Before the Elite Division existed the National Champion was claimed at the Open Division.

The Men's Open National is a team handball tournament to determined the Open National Champion from the US. Not qualified teams for the Elite Division are allowed to play in this Division. Bevore the Elite Division exist the National Champion was climed at the Open Division.

The Women's Open National is a team handball tournament to determined the National Champion from the US.

This is the second season a team handball ranking for the women's clubs and the men's college exist and the third for men's clubs.

The 2019 College Nationals was the 24th Men's College Nationals. The College Nationals was a team handball tournament to determine the College National Champion from 2019 from the US.
