The Supercars Championship is a touring car racing category based in Australia and run as an International Series under Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) regulations.
Paul Dumbrell is an Australian business executive and racing driver. He currently competes in the Dunlop Super2 Series, driving the No. 88 Holden VF Commodore for Eggleston Motorsport.
Todd Kelly is a retired Australian professional racing driver who competed in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. He is the older brother of fellow Supercars driver and former Bathurst 1000 winner, Rick Kelly. He drove for the Holden Racing Team from 2003 until 2007, and Perkins Engineering in 2008. Since 2009, he has been with his family team Kelly Racing. He is the youngest driver to have reached 100 starts in the series.
Jack 'Perko' Perkins is an Australian motor racing driver who previously drove in the Supercars Championship. He is the son of retired Australian race driver and former team owner Larry Perkins, in whose team Perkins Engineering, he drove between 2006 and 2008. Initially competing as an endurance race only driver in 2006, in 2007 Perkins graduated to the full-time drive in the No. 11 Perkins Engineering car, the number made famous in Australian racing by his father.
Alan Gurr is an Australian retired V8 Supercars driver. Gurr was a young karting star who graduated through the ranks to V8 Supercars with immediate results winning on debut in the V8 Development series. He was the teammate of Jason Bright at Britek Motorsport in 2007. He has also driven for Team Sirromet Wines in the 2006 V8 Supercar Championship Series as well as Holden Young Lions in 2004.
The Dunlop Super2 Series is an Australian touring car racing competition, specifically the second tier series for Supercars competitors. Competing vehicles are older than those utilised in the Supercars Championship series and are usually run by smaller teams with lower budgets. Approximately half the teams are for 'gentleman racers', while some team owners will put a young emerging driver into the car and team they own. The series runs half the number of events that the Supercars Championship runs.

The series winner was also awarded the 2004 Australian Touring Car Championship title by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport.

James Moffat is an Australian professional racing driver who competed in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. In 2018 he will drive for Wall Racing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship. Moffat will also race as a co-driver for Tickford Racing in the Pirtek Enduro Cup alongside Chaz Mostert in the No. 55 Ford FG X Falcon.
The 2013 ITM 400 Auckland was a motor race meeting for the Australasian sedan-based V8 Supercars. It was the third event of the 2013 International V8 Supercars Championship. Four races were held during the race meeting.
