The 2010 Croatian Figure Skating Championships (Croatian : Prvenstvo Hrvatske za 2010) were the Croatian Figure Skating Championships of the 2009-2010 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, and synchronized skating across the levels of Senior, Junior, Novice for the title of national champion of Croatia.
Croatian is the standardized variety of the Serbo-Croatian language used by Croats, principally in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Serbian province of Vojvodina, and other neighboring countries. It is the official and literary standard of Croatia and one of the official languages of the European Union. Croatian is also one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a recognized minority language in Serbia and neighboring countries.
The Croatian Figure Skating Championships are the figure skating national championship held annually to determine the national champions of Croatia. Skaters compete in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, ice dancing, and synchronized skating, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. The event is organized by Croatian Skating Federation, the sport's national governing body.
The figure skating season is the period of time in which competitions are contested in the sport of figure skating. The skating season begins on July 1 of one year and lasts until June 30 of the next year, thus spanning a full 12 months. The seasons are referred to by the years they span, for example, the 2017/2018 season began in July 2017 and ended in June 2018.
The competition took place between 19 December and 20 December in the Zagreb Fair in Zagreb.
Zagreb Fair is a complex of exhibition pavilions in Zagreb, Croatia. The company which operates the venue carries the same name. The Zagreb Fair is the main venue in Zagreb for trade shows and fairs. Every year more than 25 specialised events are held at the venue, attended by more than 6,000 participants from 50 countries. Apart from trade fairs it is also used as a convention center.

The Golden Spin of Zagreb is an annual senior-level figure skating competition, held yearly in Zagreb, Croatia. It became part of the ISU Challenger Series in the 2014–15 season. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing, although, in some years, not every discipline is included. The equivalent for junior-level skaters is the Golden Bear of Zagreb.
The Golden Bear is an ISU annual international and inter-club figure skating competition held in Zagreb, Croatia. Held since 1986, the event is organized by the Medveščak figure skating club. It is the equivalent of the Golden Spin of Zagreb intended for Junior and Novice skaters, as well as skaters below the Novice level. In 2012, senior-level events were added.
