The 2015 Pan American Men's Youth Handball Championship took place in San Cristobal from 21–25 April. [1] It acts as the Pan American qualifying tournament for the 2015 Men's Youth World Handball Championship. [2]

The Pan-American Team Handball Federation (PATHF) has been the continental governing body for handball, beach handball, wheelchair handball and snow handball in Americas since 23 May 1977. The 2015 Pan American Men's Junior Handball Championship took place in Foz do Iguaçu from 24–28 March. It acts as the Pan American qualifying tournament for the 2015 Men's Junior World Handball Championship.

The Pan American Youth Beach Handball Championship was the official competition for men's and women's youth national beach handball teams of America. In addition to crowning the Pan American champions, the tournament also served as a qualifying tournament for the IHF Youth Beach Handball World Championship. Only two were held as in 2018, the PATHF disbanded and the tournaments were replaced with the North America & the Caribbean and South & Central American championships.

The 2017 Pan American Men's Youth Handball Championship the XIII edition of this tournament took place in Santiago, Chile from 15 to 22 April 2017. It acts as a qualifying tournament for the 2017 Men's Youth World Handball Championship.
