The Bryant Bulldogs football program represents Bryant University in college football. As of the upcoming 2023 season, the Bulldogs are members of the Big South–OVC Football Association, a football-only alliance between the Big South Conference and Ohio Valley Conference that is part of the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). The team has played its home games at Beirne Stadium in Smithfield, Rhode Island, which opened in 1999 as Bulldog Stadium and received its current name in 2016.
The Bryant Bulldogs baseball team is the NCAA division 1 varsity intercollegiate baseball team of Bryant University, located in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The program participates a member of the America East Conference. The Bulldogs previously participated as members of the Northeast Conference. It plays at Conaty Park on the northern edge of Bryant's campus. Ryan Klosterman has been the program's head coach since the 2020 season.
The 2015 Bryant Bulldogs football team represented Bryant University during the 2015 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by twelfth year head coach Marty Fine and played their home games at Bulldog Stadium. They were a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 5–6, 3–3 in NEC play to finish in a three way tie for third place.

They were led by first-year head coach James Perry and played their home games at Beirne Stadium. They were a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 6–5, 4–2 in NEC play to finish in a tie for second place.
The 2018 Duquesne Dukes football team represented Duquesne University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by 14th-year head coach Jerry Schmitt and played their home games at Arthur J. Rooney Athletic Field. They played as a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 9–4, 5–1 in NEC play to be NEC co-champions with Sacred Heart. Due to their head-to-head win over Sacred Heart, they received the NEC's automatic bid to the FCS Playoffs where they defeated Towson in the first round before losing in the second round to South Dakota State.

Led James Perry in his second and final season as head coach, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 6–5 with a mark of 2–4 in conference play, tying for fifth place in the NEC. Bryant played home games at Beirne Stadium in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
The 2018 Saint Francis Red Flash football team represented Saint Francis University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by ninth-year head coach Chris Villarrial and played their home games at DeGol Field. They were a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 4–7, 2–4 in NEC play to finish in a tie for fifth place.
The 2019 Wagner Seahawks football team represented Wagner College in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season as a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC). They were led by fifth-year head coach Jason Houghtaling and played their home games at Wagner College Stadium. Wagner finished the season 1–11 overall and 1–6 in NEC play to place seventh. Houghtaling was fired after the season.

The 2019 Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs football team represented Gardner–Webb University as a member of the Big South Conference during the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by Carroll McCray in his seventh and final season as head coach, the Runnin' Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 3–9 with a mark of 1–5 in conference play, placing in three-way tie for fifth place in the Big South. Gardner–Webb played home games at Ernest W. Spangler Stadium in Boiling Springs, North Carolina.
The 2019 Drake Bulldogs football team represented Drake University as a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL) during 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by first-year head coach Todd Stepsis, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 6–5 with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, tying for second place in the PFL. The team played its home games at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.
The 2019 Valparaiso Crusaders football team represents Valparaiso University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The 2019 LIU Sharks football team represents both the LIU Post and LIU Brooklyn campuses of Long Island University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. This is the first season that the LIU Sharks are competing as a team following the merger of the two LIU campuses' athletic departments in the summer of 2019.

For the first time since 2016, the Bulldogs did not win the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), finishing second behind rival Florida.
