The 2024 Hadera stabbing attack was a mass stabbing that occurred in three locations in the city of Hadera, Israel, on 9 October 2024. One person was killed and five others were injured, including one critically, [1] before the attacker, Ahmed Jabarin, was fatally shot by Israeli police officers. [2] [3]
On 9 October 2024 at approximately 11:30 a.m., a stabbing attack occurred in Hadera, Israel. The attacker, Ahmed Jabarin, an Arab-Israeli from Umm al-Fahm, rode a motorcycle through several streets, attacking people at multiple locations. [4]
Jabarin began his attack on Gitit Street, where he stabbed two individuals in the upper body. He then proceeded to Botkovsky Street, where he stabbed a third person, seriously injuring him. Continuing his assault, Jabarin moved to Herzl Street, stabbing two more people. Then he made his way to Herbert Samuel Street, where he was caught. [5] [6]
Six people were injured, including two who were left in critical condition. [7] [8] All were transported to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center for treatment. [9] One of the victims, Rabbi Rafael Mordechai Fishoff, died from his injuries the day after the stabbing. [1]
The 2011 Tel Aviv nightclub attack was a combined vehicular assault and stabbing attack which occurred on 29 August 2011 when a Palestinian attacker stole an Israeli taxi cab and rammed it into a police checkpoint guarding the popular nightclub, Haoman 17, in Tel Aviv which was filled with 2,000 Israeli teenagers. After crashing into the checkpoint, the attacker jumped out of the vehicle and began stabbing people. Four civilians, four police officers, and the assailant were injured in the attack. The assailant was living illegally in Israel at the time of the attack.

On 3 October 2015, a Palestinian resident of al-Bireh attacked the Benita family near the Lions' Gate in Jerusalem, as they were on their way to the Western Wall to pray. The attacker murdered Aaron Benita, the father of the family, and injured the mother Adele and their 2-year-old son Matan. Nehemia Lavi, a resident who heard screams and came to help was also murdered and his gun taken by the assailant. The attacker, 19 year old Muhanad Shafeq Halabi was shot and killed by police as he was firing on pedestrians.

A truck driven by an Arab citizen of Israel plowed into a group of uniformed Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers disembarking from a bus on the Armon Hanatziv Esplanade in East Jerusalem's East Talpiot neighborhood, close to the Trotner park and UNTSO headquarters, killing four and injuring 15.
The 2017 Jerusalem Light Rail stabbing was a stabbing attack and suspected act of terrorism that occurred on Good Friday, 14 April 2017, on Jerusalem Light Rail's car. In the attack, a 20 year old British student was stabbed to death by Jamil Tamimi, a Palestinian man. Two others, including a pregnant woman, were injured in the incident. The attacker was arrested and was deemed competent to stand trial.
On 14 July 2017, three Arab-Israeli men left the Temple Mount, and opened fire on Israeli border police officers stationed near the Gate of the Tribes which is close to the Lions' Gate.
