The Diamond League is an annual series of elite track and field athletic competitions comprising fifteen of the best invitational athletics meetings. The series sits in the top tier of the World Athletics one-day meeting competitions.
The Meeting International Mohammed VI d'Athlétisme de Rabat is an annual track and field competition at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, Morocco as part of the IAAF World Challenge Meetings. It was first organized in 2008, and in 2014 and 2024 it was instead held in Stade de Marrakech in Marrakech. Its name honours Mohammed VI of Morocco, the present king of Morocco. In 2016 the meeting replaces Adidas Grand Prix in New York for the 2016 IAAF Diamond League season.
Kaliese Spencer Carter is a Jamaican track and field athlete who specialises in the 400 metres hurdles. She won the bronze medal in the event at the 2012 London Olympics. Spencer was the Commonwealth Games champion in 2014 and a double silver medallist at the 2014 World Indoor Championships. Held on 16 June at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, it was the sixth leg of the 2019 IAAF Diamond League – the highest level international track and field circuit. 21 events were held with 13 of them being point-earning Diamond League disciplines. The other events were held primarily for Moroccan nationals except for the men's 1500 m and 5000 m.

Held from 11–12 July at Stade Louis II, it was the ninth leg of the 2019 IAAF Diamond League – the highest level international track and field circuit. 15 events were contested with 13 of them being point-scoring Diamond League disciplines. Most events were held on 12 July, except for the women's triple jump, which was held on 11 July at Port Hercules.
The 2021 British Grand Prix, officially the 2021 Müller Grand Prix Gateshead because of title sponsor Müller, was the 2021 edition of the annual outdoor track and field meeting in Gateshead, England. Held on 23 May at the Gateshead International Stadium, it was the first leg of the 2021 Diamond League – the highest level international track and field circuit. It was the first time the meeting was held in Gateshead instead of Birmingham since 2010, replacing the Rabat Diamond League which was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
