25th The Best - Alive (stylized 25th THE BEST - ALIVE) is the fifth greatest hits album by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai, scheduled for release on February 26, 2025, via EMI Records.
Ai released her thirteenth studio album Respect All on August 23, 2023. After completing her tour of the same name, she released the promotional single "Whatever". [1] In 2024, Ai was featured on a series of albums, including Ringo Sheena's Carnival and Mori Calliope's Phantomime. In July, she released "Untitled" featuring Pushim and Dabo, a mashup of Ai's song "Whatever" and the remix version of Pushim's "I Wanna Know You" featuring Dabo. [2] In November, Ai made a series of posts regarding her 25th anniversary of her debut on social media. [3]
On November 2, 2024, Universal Music Japan launched a website for Ai's 25th anniversary with the message "We are Alive!!!". On November 29, the website was updated, unveiling the Alive Tour, which will begin in May 2025. [4] Alongside the tour announcement, Ai shared on social media she would be releasing a greatest hits album, 25th The Best - Alive. [5] [6] Universal Japan announced limited copies of "Story" and "Happiness" on 7-inch single vinyls, which will be released the same day as 25th The Best - Alive. [7] [8]
Various editions of the album were announced with limited first press goods. The standard edition features 17 tracks while the deluxe version includes 33 tracks split on two discs. A limited three disc version of the album includes live footage from Ai's Respect All Tour alongside tracks from the deluxe version. [9]

Ai Carina Uemura, known mononymously as Ai, is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter and rapper. Born in Los Angeles, Ai moved to Kagoshima at age four. Motivated to become a singer, she returned to Los Angeles during her adolescence, attending the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. While in Los Angeles, she performed as part of a gospel choir at a Mary J. Blige concert and appeared as a backup dancer in Janet Jackson's music video, "Go Deep". She briefly joined the Asian girl group SX4 in 1999 until she graduated high school.

Deen The Best Forever Complete Singles+ is the sixth greatest hits album by Japanese pop rock band Deen. It released on 28 February 2018 under Epic Records Japan label.
The discography of Mucc includes 17 studio albums, three live albums, five extended plays, 48 singles, 15 demos and 35 video albums. They are a Japanese visual kei rock band, formed in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1997. When original bassist Hiro left in 1999, the classic line up of Tatsuro on vocals, Miya on guitar, Yukke on bass, and Satochi on drums was solidified. Antique, their debut EP, was released in 1999 by Misshitsu Neurose, an independent record label formed by Cali Gari guitarist Ao Sakurai. Mucc signed to Danger Crue Records and established their own sublabel, Shu, for the 2002 release of their second album, Hōmura Uta. The band made their major label debut on Universal with Zekū the following year. In 2009, they returned to being an indie band on Danger Crue, before signing to Sony for 2012's Shangri-La. With the end of 2017, Mucc returned to being an independent band on Danger Crue yet again. After 24 years, Satochi retired from the music industry in October 2021, leaving Mucc a trio. They made their third major label debut on Tokuma Japan Communications in 2024.
5x20 All the Best!! 1999–2019 is the fifth greatest hits album by Japanese boy band Arashi. It was released through J Storm on June 26, 2019. The album debuted at the top spot of the Oricon Weekly Albums chart, selling 1,304,251 copies in its first week of release in Japan. In addition, RecoChoku offered limited edition releases of the video containing four CDs and an original poster. "Summer Magic" is a song recorded by Japanese-American singer-songwriter Ai, released on May 17, 2019 through EMI Records and Universal Music Group. It is Ai's first single to be recorded fully in English and served as her second international single, her first being "Beautiful Life" (2012). The song, written and produced by The Rascals and Ai, is an upbeat tropical song with R&B and pop elements. Lyrically, the song is about being with a lover at the beach during summer. The Japanese version of "Summer Magic" was included on Ai's extended play, It's All Me, Vol. 1 (2020).

Gen Hoshino Singles Box: Gratitude is a box set by Japanese singer-songwriter and musician Gen Hoshino, released by Speedstar Records on October 21, 2020, to commemorate Hoshino's tenth anniversary as a solo artist. It compiles Hoshino's first eleven numbered singles, from "Kudaranai no Naka ni" (2011) to "Doraemon" (2018). The singles are unaltered from their original releases and include reissues of their first edition extra DVDs. The box features its own extra CD and DVD In Gratitude, comprising miscellaneous songs, audio commentary from Hoshino and director Santa Yamagishi, and unreleased archive footage.
