Army Abu Bakr Al-Salafi is an Iraqi organization affiliated with Sunni Islam is Mostly known to have arrest and captured about 564 members of the police and iraqi army, and released some of them after interrogation and others are still in its custody. Joining the Islamic State

The Salafi Army of Abu Bakr joined the Islamic State of Iraq after the killing of the Emir of the Islamic State of Iraq Abu Omar al-Baghdadi and Minister of War Abu Hamza al-Muhajir. [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

Denial of joining the Islamic State

After that, a statement was issued by the Media Authority of the Army of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq in which it denied what was published by the Islamic State of Iraq regarding the joining of the army under the banner of the state due to their differences in legitimate political matters, and that those who agreed to join were 9 of their leaders, while 10 others refused. Asmāʾ bint Abī Bakr nicknamed Dhat an-Nitaqayn was one of the companions of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and half-sister of his third wife Aisha. Her nickname Dhat an-Nitaqayn was given to her by Muhammad during the migration to Medina. She is regarded as one of the most prominent Islamic figures, as she helped Muhammad during the Hijrah from Mecca to Medina.

The Army of Mujahideen was a Sunni Islamist rebel group formed in order to fight the Syrian government and the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) during the Syrian Civil War. Originally a coalition of several Islamist rebel groups, it accused ISIL of disrupting "security and stability" in areas that had been captured from the Syrian government. Abdul Nasser Qardash is an Iraqi militant who in 2019 was wrongly reported as the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). He was also nicknamed "The Professor" and "Destroyer". Qardash was a high-ranking and very influential member of ISIL with close connections to its first caliph, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, and tipped as a potential candidate for ISIL leadership succession. However days after the death of al-Baghdadi, Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi was ultimately chosen as the new declared leader of ISIL. Qardash was captured by Iraqi security forces in 2020.

Abu al-Hasan al-Hashimi al-Qurashi, probably born Nour Karim al-Mutni Al-Obaidi Al-Rifai, was an Iraqi militant and the third caliph of the Islamic State. He was named as caliph on 10 March 2022, in an audio message by the new spokesperson of IS, Abu Umar al-Muhajir, whose announcement came more than a month after the death of his predecessor Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi.
