Ahmadkhel District (Pashto : احمد خېل ولسوالۍ, Persian : ولسوالی لجه احمدخیل) or Lazha Ahmadkhel is a district of Paktia Province, Afghanistan.

Jammu and Kashmir was a state of India from 1954 to 2019, constituting the southern and southeastern portion of the larger Kashmir region, which has been the subject of a dispute between India, Pakistan and China since the mid-20th century. The federal districts are groupings of the federal subjects of Russia. Federal districts are not mentioned in the Constitution of Russia and are not the constituent units of the country, but exist purely for the convenience of governing and operation by federal government agencies. Each district includes several federal subjects and each has a Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in a Federal District. The federal districts and the position of Plenipotentiary Representative were created in 2000 by Presidential Decree "to ensure implementation by the Presidency of the Russian Federation of its constitutional powers". Paktia is one of the 34 provinces of Afghanistan, located in the east of the country. Forming part of the larger Loya Paktia region, Paktia Province is divided into 15 districts and has a population of roughly 623,000, which is mostly a tribal society living in rural areas. Pashtuns make up the majority of the population but smaller number of Tajiks are also found. Gardez is the provincial capital.

This is a list of districts of Afghanistan, known as wuleswali. These are secondary-level administrative units, one level below the provinces. The Afghan government issued its first district map in 1973. It recognized 325 districts, counting wuleswalis (districts), alaqadaries (sub-districts), and markaz-e-wulaiyat. In the ensuing years, additional districts have been added through splits, and a few eliminated through mergers. In June 2005, the Afghan government issued a map of 398 districts. It was widely adopted by many information management systems, though usually with the addition of Sharak-e-Hayratan for a 399 district total. It remains the de facto standard, as of late 2018, despite a string of government announcements of the creation of new districts.
The Muqbil is a Pashtun tribe, cousins of the Zadrans and Mangals. They mostly reside in Said Karam District, Paktia Province. They can be further divided into five clans: Musakhel, Sultak, Ahmadkhel, Hasankhel, and Bobaki.

Elections will be held to elect representatives from all 435 congressional districts across each of the 50 U.S. states, as well as five non-voting delegates from the District of Columbia and four of the five inhabited U.S. territories. Numerous other federal, state, and local elections, including the 2022 Senate elections, will also be held on this date. The winners of this election will serve in the 118th United States Congress, with seats apportioned among the states based on the 2020 United States census. Democrats have held a majority in the House of Representatives since January 3, 2019, as a result of the 2018 elections, when they won 235 seats. However, their majority was reduced to 222 seats in the 2020 elections.
Jammu and Kashmir is a region administered by India as a union territory and consisting of the southern portion of the larger Kashmir region, which has been the subject of a dispute between India and Pakistan since 1947, and between India and China since 1962. The Line of Control separates Jammu and Kashmir from the Pakistani-administered territories of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan in the west and north. It lies to the north of the Indian states of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab and to the west of Ladakh, which is also subject to the dispute as a part of Kashmir, and administered by India as a union territory.
