Altice Europe is a French Netherlands-based multinational telecoms and mass media company, founded and headed by the French-Israeli billionaire Patrick Drahi, and the second largest telecoms company in France, behind Orange.

Altice Dominicana S.A. largest landline service provider in the Dominican Republic

Altice Dominicana, S.A., formerly known as Tricom, is the second largest landline service provider in the Dominican Republic. It owns and operates a major HDTV Cable TV service along with Landline and Wireless voice services. Its ISP branch offers residential bandwidth with speeds up to 200 Mbit/s and is also a national mobile network operator Tricom.

Portugal Telecom, SGPS SA was split in separate companies: PT Portugal and Pharol, which owns a 27,5% stake in Oi.

Patrick Drahi is a French-Israeli businessman with French, Portuguese, and Israeli citizenship, living in Switzerland since 1999. He is the founder and controlling shareholder of the Netherlands-based telecom group Altice listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.

Cablevision Systems Corporation was an American cable television company with systems serving areas surrounding New York City. It was the fifth-largest cable provider and ninth-largest television provider in the United States.
