The Autovía A-43 (also known as Autovía Extremadura - Comunidad Valenciana) is an autovía in south-central Spain.

As of 2013, it lies entirely in the community of Castile-La Mancha. It starts at the Autovía A-41 at Ciudad Real and runs past the towns of Daimiel and Manzanares, and the small cities of Tomelloso and Villarrobledo, before ending at the village of Atalaya del Cañavate in the province of Cuenca, where it connects with the Autovía A-3 to Valencia and the Autovía A-31 to Albacete and Alicante .

Between Ciudad Real and Daimiel, the A-43 runs parallel to the road shared by the N-420 and N-430 routes, while between Daimiel and Manzanares (where it also connects with the Autovía A-4) it runs parallel to the N-430 alone. Between Manzanares and Atalaya del Cañavate, it runs parallel to the N-310.

In the future, the A-43 will be extended westwards from Ciudad Real to the Autovía A-5 near Mérida, in Extremadura, again running parallel to the N-430.

Autovía A-66

The Autovía A-66 is a major highway in western Spain. It includes European Route E803. The road is an upgrade of the N-630 which is being undertaken section by section. The route roughly corresponds to the ancient Roman 'Silver Route' connecting the cities of Mérida and Astorga. The final section of road south of Benavente is under construction as of October 2013 with completion anticipated in 2015.

Autovía A-231

The Autovía A-231 is a local autovía in the community of Castile and León, Spain. It is 157 km long and runs from the Autovía A-66 at León to the Autovía BU-30 at Burgos, where it connects with the Autovía A-62 and the Autovía A-1. It was built between 1998 and 2003, and runs parallel to the Way of St. James and the N-120 road.

Autopista AP-36

The Autopista AP-36 is an autopista in the community of Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It starts at the junction of the Autovía A-4 and the Autopista R-4 near Ocaña in the province of Toledo, and runs, parallel to the N-301 road, past the towns of Quintanar de la Orden and San Clemente, before ending at the Autovía A-31 near La Roda in the province of Albacete. Built to relieve congestion on the Autovía A-3 between Madrid and the A-31, it opened in July 2006.
