Baghlia is a district in Boumerdès Province, Algeria. It was named after its capital, Baghlia.

Boumerdès is a province (wilaya) of northern Algeria in the Kabylie region, between Algiers and Tizi-Ouzou, with its capital at the coastal city of Boumerdès just east of Algiers.
