The first phase, Circus West Village, is already complete and now open to the public to eat, drink, shop, exercise and live. Situated on the south bank of the river by Chelsea Bridge, over 1000 people now live at Circus West Village, and 12 restaurants, bars and shops are open alongside a fitness studio and a hair salon. Circus West Village is accessible by river bus, as the new Battersea Power Station pier is serviced by MBNA Thames Clippers.

It was formerly Battersea Town Hall. In March 2015, while a major programme of renovation works were underway, the Grand Hall was severely damaged by fire. Approximately 70% of the theatre, including the 200-capacity Council Chamber, the Scratch Bar and the Members Library, was saved from the fire and remains open.

Nine Elms is a London Underground station under construction in Nine Elms, London, as part of the Northern line extension to Battersea. The station was projected to open along with the rest of the extension in 2020, but in December 2018 Mayor of London Sadiq Khan announced the project's opening would be delayed for a year due to a need of "increasing the stations' capacities to a higher number of passengers than originally forecasted".
Battersea Power Station is a planned London Underground station to be built in Battersea, London, United Kingdom. It is to be served by the Northern line as part of a two-station extension from Kennington to serve the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station. The station will be located on Battersea Park Road. It will serve as the terminus for the new branch, although provision has been made for a possible future extension to Clapham Junction railway station.
