Bill Baxter may refer to:

William Robert Baxter is a former Australian politician and the current Victorian State President of The Nationals. He was the Nationals member of the Victorian Legislative Council representing North Eastern Province from June 1978 until November 2006. He also served one term in the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 1973 to 1976.

William Edward (Bill) Baxter (1907–1978) was a politician in Queensland, Australia. He was a Member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly.

Bill Baxter is a French group composed of Joe Cool (drums), Louis Primo (vocals) and Bo Gesture (bass). They are particularly known for their 1985 hit single "Embrasse-moi, idiot!".
