Binzhou (滨州) is a prefecture-level city in Shandong, China.
Binzhou, formerly Putai, is a prefecture-level city in northern Shandong Province in the People's Republic of China. The city proper sits on the northern bank of the Yellow River, while its administrative area straddles both sides of its lower course before its present delta.

Bin County, or Binxian, is under the administration of Harbin, the capital of Heilongjiang province, People's Republic of China. Its seat is about 60 kilometres (37 mi) east of central Harbin. It borders Bayan County and Mulan County to the north, Fangzheng County to the east, Yanshou County to the southeast, Shangzhi to the south, Acheng District to the southwest, Daowai District to the west, and Hulan District to the northwest.

People speak Binyanghua in Binyang, which is a branch of Cantonese.
