Bit_Meddler is the alias of experimental musician Matt Anderson. His musical compositions incorporate glitch and mashup styles.

He worked for the design agency Soft Gold U.S.A. and performed at Pukkelpop 2001 in Belgium. [1]

A music video of his track "Cut" by Till Heim earned an honorable mention at the 2005 International Short Film Festival Oberhausen.

His biggest hit to date is "Tic-Tac-Toe," which charted on the Billboard Top 40 in the summer of 1990, selling over one million copies and peaking at No. 14. It was ranked No. 100 on the Billboard Year-End Hot 100 singles of 1990. The track sampled instrumental passages from "Owner of a Lonely Heart" by Yes. It also sampled "Planet Rock" by Afrika Bambaataa and Soul Sonic Force among others.

Tic Tac Toe were a German girl group formed in 1995, performing pop-rap music. Their first two albums, Tic Tac Toe and Klappe die 2te, were million-selling commercial successes and spawned major hits "Ich find' dich scheiße", "Verpiss' dich" and "Warum?". The band found biggest popularity in German speaking countries, the Netherlands and Eastern Europe. Due to numerous scandals and personal issues between the group members, Tic Tac Toe split in 2001. The band had a successful but short-lived comeback in 2005 with the hit single "Spiegel", but ultimately disbanded in 2007.

Carol Shaw is one of the first female game designers and programmers in the video game industry. She is best known for creating the Atari 2600 vertically scrolling shooter River Raid (1982) for Activision. She worked for Atari, Inc. from 1978 to 1980 where she designed multiple games including 3-D Tic-Tac-Toe (1978) and Video Checkers (1980), both for the Atari VCS before it was renamed to the 2600. She left game development in 1984 and retired in 1990.

"Warum?" is a song by German female pop-rap group Tic Tac Toe. The song was written by Thorsten Börger and tells about a close friend of the group members, Melanie, who had developed an addiction to drugs and died as a result of overdose. "Warum?" was released as the lead single from their second album, Klappe die 2te (1997), on 24 February 1997 and was met with commercial success, reaching number one in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as number four in the Netherlands. The single sold 700,000 copies in less than two months and remains Tic Tac Toe's biggest hit.

Jamatami was a German musical group created in 2011 through casting by station Super RTL. The members of the group are Jazz, Miriam, Tamer and Matt. The group is best known for their singles "Perfect Day ", "Dance Under The Moonlight", "Ma-Ya-Hi" and "Astronaut" and for their television reality series Jamatami: Das Star-Tagebuch, which aired on Super RTL during 2011. Jamatami disbanded on August 24th, 2012 after performing a farewell concert to focus on solo activities.

The song was released as the fourth and final single from the group's self-titled debut album in October 1996 and topped the charts in Germany and Switzerland. The single sold over 800,000 units by late April 1997.

Tic-tac-toe is a comedy by multi-awarded Filipino poet and playwright Peter Solis Nery, who won first prize at the 2016 Palanca Awards for this one-act play. It is the most frequently produced - and touted as the funniest - English-language play in Iloilo City in the new millennium.
