Boguty-Milczki [bɔˈɡutɨ ˈmilt͡ʂki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Boguty-Pianki, within Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north of Boguty-Pianki, 36 km (22 mi) east of Ostrów Mazowiecka, and 113 km (70 mi) north-east of Warsaw.

It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Ostrów Mazowiecka, which lies 89 kilometres (55 mi) north-east of Warsaw. The only other town in the county is Brok, lying 12 km (7 mi) south of Ostrów Mazowiecka.
