The Bureau of Customs Transformers is a basketball team currently competing in the UNTV Cup Season 5. The Transformers are the newest team to be participate in the UNTV Cup, a public service-based basketball tournament in the Philippines. The team was supported by BOC Commissioners Nicanor Faeldon, that aims to beef up the bureau's campaign on the image transformation to the public from being the corrupted and controversial government agency to one of the most-efficient and transparent agencies to date. The UNTV Cup Season 5 was the 2016–17 season of the annual charity basketball league in the Philippines, UNTV Cup. The tournament organized by UNTV Public Service channel, through its chairman and chief executive officer of BMPI-UNTV, Kuya Daniel Razon, more popularly known as Mr. Public Service.

The team's roster will be reinforced by PBA legend and former Senate Defenders player Kenneth Duremdes as their playing coach, together with former PBA players Marlou Aquino and Gherome Ejercito. [2]
Kenneth Celera Duremdes is a Filipino retired professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association and the current commissioner of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). Nicknamed as Captain Marbel, Duremdes is also a former PBA Most Valuable Player in 1998, and a former member of the Philippine national basketball team.
Marlou Bucao Aquino is a Filipino professional basketball player who currently plays for Bacoor Strikers in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). During his prime he was known by fans as "The Skyscraper" and was, along with Dennis Espino, one-half of the so-called "Twin Towers" of the now-disbanded Sta. Lucia Realtors.
On September 11, 2016, the Transformers won their first assignment against GSIS Furies, 76-74, in their encounter held at the Pasig City Sports Center. Aquino led the team's top scorers with 12 points. [3]
Aside from the basketball team, a volleyball team also called as the BOC Transformers was introduced in the 13th Shakey's V-League Reinforced Conference.
The Sta. Lucia Realtors were a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) from 1993 to 2010. Prior to joining the PBA, it played in the Philippine Basketball League (PBL) from 1987 to 1992.
