Campeonato Nacional Basquetebol - CNB

The National Championship of the 1st Division is the third level of basketball in Portugal. Competition organized by the Portuguese Basketball Federation. It began to be played every year from the 1932–33 season to 1994–95 (as the First Tier), from 1995–96 to 2002–03 (as the Second Tier), having been replaced by the Proliga in 2003–04.

The 1st and 2nd divisions of the Campeonato Nacional Basquetebol - CNB are, respectively, the third and fourth basketball leagues in Portugal. They league were created in 2003.

Os Belenenses Basquetebol is the professional basketball team of Clube de Futebol Os Belenenses, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The team plays in the Proliga. Established in 1919, at the same time as the Belenenses football team, its greatest achievements occurred between the late 1930s and 1950s, where it won two league championships and two cup competitions, among several other competitions. It was the first Portugueses Women´s League champion in 1954.

Portimonense Sporting Clube, commonly known as Portimonense Basquetebol or simply Portimonense is a professional basketball team based in the city of Portimão, Portugal, that plays in the Proliga (Portugal) basketball league. It is a part of the Portimonense sports club. In 2020, the team guaranteed the promotion to Proliga, the second tier of the sport in Portugal. They obtained their first national title by triumphing in the final, played on July 4 in Barreiro, over Galitos de Aveiro by 71–62.
