Culture
Chacabuco has generated important musicians like the bandoneonist Raul Garello, the Conductor Elvio Mango, student of Baroque music, and vocal ensembles like Aloe (music folkloric and nun) and the Municipal Polifonic Choir.
As far as Popular Music, it has a rich history; and present. Many local musicians ended up in big national bands, and a lot of local bands themselves enjoy local and national success, such as No Salgas Con Robots, Tijera Selmer, Hey! Woody, Quinta Semilla, and Cautivo, among others.
Chacabuco was home to writer Haroldo Conti who disappeared during the last military dictatorship because of his opposition to the regime.

Chacabuco has several centers of sport activity, among them the Chacabuco Golf Club (18 holes of par 71), the Municipal Multisport, the Social Club with tennis courts, numerous football clubs (9 de Julio, River, San Martín, Argentinos, Porteño, etc.), Centro Los Marinos.
Also places like the Polygon (Federal Shooting club) and the Flying club stand out in Chacabuco. Another landmark is the home court of the Chacabuco Basketball team. In motoring, Chacabuco has important pilots of Turismo Carretera and TC 2000, like Roberto Urretavizcaya and Luis Minervino.
Probably the most famous resident of Chacabuco was Daniel Passarella, who featured in both of Argentina's FIFA World Cup wins in the 1978 and 1986 and went on to manage the national team as well as Uruguay and the River Plate.
The most distinctive music of Uruguay is to be found in the tango and candombe; both genres have been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Uruguayan music includes a number of local musical forms such as murga, a form of musical theatre, and milonga, a folk guitar and song form deriving from Spanish and italian traditions and related to similar forms found in many American countries.

La Plata is the capital city of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. According to the 2022 census, the Partido has a population of 772,618 and its metropolitan area, the Greater La Plata, has 938,287 inhabitants. It is located 9 kilometers inland from the southern shore of the Río de la Plata estuary.

Trelew is a city in the eastern part of the Chubut Province of Argentina. Ahuachapán is a city, and municipality, and the capital of the Ahuachapán Department in western El Salvador. The municipality, including the city, covers an area of 244.84 km2 and as of 2007 has a population of 110,511 people. Situated near the Guatemalan border, it is the westernmost city in the country and is the center of an agricultural region producing primarily coffee.

San Vicente is a town and administrative centre of San Vicente Partido, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The southernmost town in the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area, San Vicente is 48 km (30 mi) from downtown Buenos Aires, and can be accessed from Constitución Station by bus via Line 79 or a 20-minute drive by Provincial Route 58 from Ezeiza International Airport. San Nicolás de los Arroyos is a city in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on the western shore of the Paraná River, 61 km (38 mi) from Rosario. It has about 133,000 inhabitants. It is the administrative seat of the partido of the same name. It is sometimes called Ciudad de María due to a series of Marian apparitions that led to the erection of the Sanctuary in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary of San Nicolás that began during the 1980s and were approved by Bishop Cardelli of the diocese as "worthy of belief" in 2016.
Rock en español is a term used to refer to any kind of rock music featuring Spanish vocals. Compared to English-speaking bands, very few acts reached worldwide success or between Spanish-speaking countries due to a lack of promotion. Despite rock en español's origins in the late 1950s, many rock acts achieved at best nationwide fame until the Internet consolidated the listeners. However, some rock en español artists did become internationally popular with the help of a promotional campaign from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s called "Rock en tu idioma". Some specific rock-based styles influenced by folkloric rhythms have also developed in these regions. Some of the more prominent styles are Latin rock ; Latin alternative, an alternative rock scene that blended a Latin sound with other genres like Caribbean ska, reggae, and soca; or Andalusian rock, a flamenco-influenced style that emerged in Spain.
