Chingeltei (Mongolian : Чингэлтэй) is one of nine Düüregs (districts) of the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. [1] It is subdivided into 18 Khoroos (subdistricts).

Chingeltei is located in the north, at the foot of one of the four mountains of Ulaanbaatar, the Chingeltei Uul.

Sükhbaatars Mausoleum Mausoleum in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Sükhbaatar's Mausoleum was a mausoleum for Damdin Sükhbaatar, leader of Mongolia's 1921 revolution, and Khorloogiin Choibalsan, head of Mongolia's government from the late 1930s to his death in 1952, in Mongolia's capital Ulaanbaatar, on the northern side of Sükhbaatar Square in front of the Saaral Ordon. The building was erected after Choibalsan's death, and removed in 2005 to make place for a hall dedicated to Genghis Khan. The mausoleum resembled the shape of Lenin's Mausoleum but differed in color.

University of Finance and Economics (Mongolia)

The University of Finance and Economics is one of the largest educational institutions of Mongolia. The University is on the banks of Selbe river at the heart of Ulaanbaatar city. The University offers bachelor's and master's programs since the liberalisation period of the 1990s. Formerly known as the Institute of Finance and Economics, the institution was granted university status in 2016.

National Sports Stadium (Mongolia)

National Sports Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It is used mostly for football matches and has a capacity 12,500. The Naadam festival, which celebrates Mongolian independence, is held there every July. The land owned by the stadium company is about 27 hectares, of which the stadium takes about 8 hectares of land. The National Sport Stadium in Mongolia hosted the 2016 World University Archery Championship.

Zaisan Memorial

The Zaisan Memorial is a memorial in the southern area of the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar that honors allied Mongolian and Soviet soldiers killed in World War II. Located on a hill in the southern part of the city, the memorial features a circular memorial painting that depicts scenes of friendship between the people of the USSR and Mongolia. The mural depicts scenes such as Soviet support for Mongolia's independence declaration in 1921, the defeat of the Japanese Kwantung Army by the Soviets at Khalhkin Gol on the Mongolian border in 1939, victory over Nazi Germany and peacetime achievements such as Soviet space flights including the flight of Soyuz 39 which carried the first Mongolian into space, Jugderdemidiin Gurragchaa.

Mongolian National University is the largest university in Mongolia. Established in 1998 as Chandmani-Erdene College, it was renamed Mongolian National College in 2002, Mongolian National Institute in 2004, and Mongolian National University in 2012.

Artificial Lake Castle

Founded in 2001, Orchlon School in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is a non-profit, private, co-educational day school offering an international secondary education curriculum from Nursery to Grade 12 students. American School of Ulaanbaatar

The American School of Ulaanbaatar (ASU) in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is a private international school, which offers an educational program from Pre-kindergarten to Grade 12 for students of all nationalities. As of 2020, enrollment is at 395 in the elementary school and 255 in the secondary school representing over 25 different nationalities. There are currently 117 staff members with 46 foreign teachers.

The British School of Ulaanbaatar (BSU) is a private international day school located in Khan Uul District in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The School offers an educational programme based on the National Curriculum of England and Wales. The majority of the teachers are British. The 2019 EAFF E-1 Football Championship was the 8th edition of the EAFF E-1 Football Championship, an international football tournament for East Asian countries and territories organized by the EAFF. The finals were held in South Korea in December 2019. It was the nation's third time hosting the tournament.

Central Museum of Dinosaurs of Mongolia

Central Museum of Dinosaurs of Mongolia is a paleontological museum in Chingeltei District, Ulaanbaatar. It is dedicated to the preservation and discovery of dinosaur fossils. The museum was finished in 1974.
