The Bismarck team was an integrated semi-professional baseball team based in Bismarck, North Dakota in the 1930s. Led by Satchel Paige, Vernon "Moose" Johnson, and Ted "Double Duty" Radcliffe, the club won the 1935 National Baseball Conference semi-pro baseball tournament in Wichita, Kansas.
The Peninsula Pilots are an amateur baseball team in the Coastal Plain League, collegiate summer baseball league. The team plays its home games at the War Memorial Stadium in Hampton, Virginia. The Pilots first started participating in the Coastal Plain League in 2000. The Pilots are coached by Hank Morgan, a former player at Virginia Military Institute and Christopher Newport University.
The Outer Banks Daredevils are an amateur baseball team playing in the Tidewater Summer League, a collegiate summer baseball league. The team plays its home games at the First Flight Baseball Complex in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. The Daredevils were one of the original teams in the Coastal Plain League summer baseball league when the league was founded in 1997. The team was originally located in Manteo, North Carolina until the team moved to Kill Devil Hills in 2006. Since their founding, the Daredevils have had much success winning the 2002 and 2003 Coastal Plain League championships. After missing the 2012 season, the Daredevils joined the Tidewater Summer League for the 2013 season. The Daredevils plan to rejoin the CPL in the near future.

The Petersburg Generals were an amateur baseball team in the Coastal Plain League, a collegiate summer baseball league. The team played its home games at the Petersburg Sports Complex in Petersburg, Virginia. The Generals first started participating in the Coastal Plain League in 2000. The Generals made it to the postseason twice: winning two division championships, in 2000 and 2003, and as a wild card team in 2002. They won their lone league championship in 2000.
The Wilson Tobs are an amateur baseball team playing in the Coastal Plain League, an NCAA-sanctioned collegiate summer baseball league. The team plays its home games at Fleming Stadium in Wilson, North Carolina. Today's Tobs were one of the original teams in the collegiate Coastal Plain League when the league was founded in 1997; prior to 1997 the town of Wilson hosted minor league teams throughout the 20th century. In 2005 the Coastal Plain League named the Tobs the CPL Organization of the Year. The Tobs' mascot has been a tobacco worm named Slugger since the 1999 season.
The Lexington County Blowfish are a summer collegiate baseball team in the Coastal Plain League. The team plays its home games at the Lexington County Baseball Stadium in unincorporated Lexington County, South Carolina. The Blowfish first started competing in the CPL during the 2006 season and finished with a twenty-two win and thirty loss record in their first season. During their first year in existence, the Blowfish led the Coastal Plain League in attendance and was voted the Coastal Plain League Organization of the Year.
