The Council of Presidents is the executive leadership body of the Vermont State Colleges System (VSCS), the governance organization for public colleges in the U.S. state of Vermont. The council is composed of a chancellor and executive staff of the VSCS and the presidents of the four member colleges. The council works with the Board of Trustees of the Vermont State Colleges to set policies and procedures for the system.

The members of the Council of Presidents currently are: VSCS Chancellor Jeb Spaulding; President Karen Scolforo, Castleton University, President Joyce Judy, Community College of Vermont; President Elaine C. Collins, Northern Vermont University; President Patricia Moulton, the Vermont Technical College; and VSC General Counsel William Reedy, Chief Financial Officer Thomas Robbins, Chief Academic Officer Annie Howell, and Director of Community Relations and Public Policy Dan Smith.

California Community Colleges System

California Community Colleges is "a postsecondary education system" in the U.S. state of California. The system includes the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges and 73 community college districts. The districts have established 114 community colleges, and recently proposed Calbright, the 115th all-new online community college. The California Community Colleges is the largest system of higher education in the United States, serving more than 2.1 million students. The California Community Colleges is often referred to as the California Community Colleges System (CCCS).

University System of New Hampshire

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is a system of public colleges and universities in the U.S. state of New Hampshire. It was established in 1963 and is responsible for overseeing the University of New Hampshire - Durham, the University of New Hampshire School of Law, the University of New Hampshire at Manchester, Plymouth State University, Keene State College, and Granite State College. The University System of New Hampshire is the largest provider of post-secondary education in New Hampshire and is governed by a single board of trustees which is responsible for ensuring that each institution has a unique character and educational mission. Vermont State Colleges

The Vermont State Colleges (VSC) is the system of public colleges in the U.S. state of Vermont. It was created by act of the Vermont General Assembly in 1961. There are presently four colleges in the VSC consortium, they are: Castleton University, Community College of Vermont, Northern Vermont University, and the Vermont Technical College. Together, more than 13,000 students are enrolled in these colleges.

Christopher Cabaldon American politician

Christopher L. Cabaldon is a Filipino-American politician from California who serves as mayor of West Sacramento. He is the longest-serving mayor in the city's history. He also represents the State of California on the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education as an appointee of California Governor Jerry Brown. He is a member of the Democratic Party, Vice President of the National Conference of Democratic Mayors, and Chair of U.S. Conference of Mayors' Jobs, Education, and Workforce Committee. Robert L. King American politician

Robert L. King is an American higher education leader currently serving as Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education at the U.S. Department of Education. He previously served as president of the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. Other notable positions include having served Monroe County, New York Executive and as Chancellor of the State University of New York. On July 11, 2019, He was confirmed by the United States Senate as Assistant Secretary for Postsecondary Education.
