The club is centred on the town of Roscrea. The club's colours are red and white and they play at Páirc Naomh Cronáin. This was the venue for the 1949 All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship Final.

Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA is a Tipperary GAA club which is located in County Tipperary, Ireland. Both hurling and Gaelic football are played in the "North-Tipperary" divisional competitions. The club is centred on the villages of Kilruane, Ardcroney and Cloughjordan. The club was founded in 1937 and is named after Thomas MacDonagh, a signatory of the 1916 Proclamation who was born and lived in Cloughjordan. The clubhouse and playing field are located in Cloughjordan.

Doon GAA gaelic games club in County Limerick, Ireland

Doon GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club, founded in 1888. It is based in the village of Doon in County Limerick, Ireland. The club is part of the East Division of the Limerick GAA and has a tremendous record at underage level, but have yet to win a County Senior Hurling Championship. The club only plays hurling, but footballers in the parish play with neighbouring Oola. Their manager is Austin Buckley.

The first 1934 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final took place on 2 September 1934 at Croke Park, Dublin. It was the golden jubilee year of the Gaelic Athletic Association and the 47th All-Ireland final. It was contested by Limerick and Dublin. The match ended in a 2-7 to 3-4 draw. The replay took place at the same venue four weeks later on 30 September 1934. On that occasion the Leinster champions lost to their Munster opponents on a score line of 3-4 to 2-6.
