Dmitriy Starovoitov (born April 7, 1983) is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and businessman known for his contributions to the real estate development and information technology. He is the founder of Almal Real Estate Development. [1]

Biography

After completing his degree in Information Technology from the National Academy of Communications in Odessa, Dmitriy Starovoitov ventured into the construction industry by founding Megaline in 2004, a construction company based in Ukraine. Under his leadership, Megaline grew to become a leading player in Ukraine's construction market and expanded its operations globally. In 2007, he established Megaline Project and Megaline Global, focusing on project planning and execution at an international scale. By 2010, the company had diversified its portfolio with the creation of Megaline Development, a division focused on real estate development projects like Unity Towers and Emporium Towers. [2] [3]

In 2016, Dmitriy founded D-Group, an investment holding company with a primary focus on development and real estate. The company was established to support Ukraine's bid for EXPO2030 and has since played a significant role in initiating and developing large-scale projects. [4] [5] [6]

In 2023, Dmitriy founded Almal Real Estate Development, which has quickly emerged as a significant player in the UAE real estate market, particularly in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. [7] [8] [9] The company specializes in luxury real estate projects, including Harrisoni La Mer, a seaside villa development in Dubai, and "The Unexpected" Al Marjan Island Hotel and Residences, a luxury project featuring over 422 hotel rooms and managed residential units with views of the Persian Gulf. Philanthropy

Dmitriy is also committed to philanthropy through "The Fund of Kind Hearts" (Фонд Добрых Сердец), a foundation he supports. Established in 2014, the foundation provides support and guidance to talented children from low-income families and orphanages, helping them to achieve their potential through access to resources and opportunities. Education

Dmitriy holds a degree in Information Technology from the National Academy of Communications in Odessa. His educational background has been instrumental in his career success, including the founding of Praetorix, a company known for providing comprehensive IT solutions across various industries. [16]

Dmitriy has been married since 2004 and is a father of three children. He has a passion for exploring human psychology, traveling, and playing tennis. [17]
