Astrid Anna Emilia Lindgren (née Ericsson; Swedish: [ˈasːtrɪd ˈlɪŋːɡreːn] was a Swedish writer of fiction and screenplays. She is best known for several children's book series, featuring Pippi Longstocking, Emil i Lönneberga, Karlsson-on-the-Roof, and the Six Bullerby Children, and for the children's fantasy novels Mio, My Son, Ronia the Robber's Daughter, and The Brothers Lionheart. Lindgren worked on the Children's Literature Editorial Board at the Rabén & Sjögren publishing house in Stockholm and wrote more than 30 books for children. In January 2017, she was calculated to be the world's 18th most translated author, and the fourth most translated children's writer after Enid Blyton, H. C. Andersen and the Brothers Grimm. Lindgren has so far sold roughly 165 million books worldwide.

Madicken is a fictional character created by the Swedish author Astrid Lindgren. Madicken appeared in six books, two films — Du är inte klok Madicken (1979) and Madicken på Junibacken (1980) — and a TV series (1979).

Eric Göran Graffman was a Swedish actor and film director from Gothenburg). He was the father of the actor Per Graffman, the director Emil Graffman and Mats Graffman.

After the 1977 film The Brothers Lionheart , Olle Hellbom decided to take a break as director and just be producer for Du är inte klok Madicken and the 1980 film Madicken på Junibacken . The choice of director instead fell on Graffman.

Pyramiden is the third solo album by Swedish musician Peter Morén of the band Peter Bjorn And John, and his second in Swedish. So far, two singles have been released, both digital only. The album is named after the Russian ghost town of Pyramiden, which also partly inspired the album. While Morén's second album I Spåren Av Tåren focused more on soul and classic baroque-pop influences, Pyramiden has a more new wave and modern indie rock style, interlaced with acoustic influences. The album is notably more political than Moren's previous work, with the title having a double meaning in the form of career pyramids and pyramid schemes, and the idea of the pyramid as a type of grave.
