E. L. Quirk [7] (born 6 January 1898; [1] died 1 August 1967; [1] ) was a Missionary [8] who served in India [2] [8] from 1925 [9] through 1953. [9]

Quirk came to India in 1925 [9] as a Missionary of the Canadian Baptist Mission [10] and served on the teaching staff [6] of the CBM-McLaurin High School, Kakinada. Quirk continued to serve in India in spite of World War II and was based at Kakinada [6] looking after the educational endeavours of the Canadian Baptist Ministries.

Quirk's contribution to pastoral ministry was manifold as he helped establish [11] Churches in Visakhapatnam and Kothavalasa in the areas of,

Acharya A. B. Masilamani or Abel Boanerges Masilamani (1914–1990) was a Golden Jubilee Baptist pastor and evangelist on whom parallels had been drawn comparing his ecclesiastical ministry with that of Saint Paul. The Mar Thoma Syrian Church, one of the Saint Thomas Christian Churches founded by Thomas the Apostle in the first century which holds the annual Maramon Conventions used to have Masilamani preach at its conventions since the 1970s. During one such Maramon Convention held in 1983 at Maramon, Masilamani was one of the main speaker who spoke on Christology in the presence of the two patriarchs of the Mar Thoma Church, Alexander Mar Thoma and Thomas Mar Athanius.

Chetti Devasahayam was the Registrar of the nation's first University, the Senate of Serampore College (University) who was in office from 1960 through 1975. It was during Devasahayam's tenure at the University that ecumenism gave way to merger of seminaries and the formation of special purpose entities throughout India. It was Devasahayam who gave the inaugural address when the Andhra Christian Theological College was formed in 1964 in Rajahmundry.

Mildred Hazel Law was a missionary of the Canadian Baptist Ministries. Mildred came to India in 1953 and served in the northern coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh, especially at the Eva Rose York Bible Training and Technical School for Women in Tuni.

Ruth Fletcher was the third Principal of the Eva Rose York Bible Training and Technical School for Women in Tuni. Ruth was the great granddaughter of A. V. Timpany, one of the pioneer missionaries of the Canadian Baptist Ministries. Ruth's mother, Dorothy Timpany was a Medical Doctor at the CBM Bethel Hospital, Vuyyuru.

Winnifred May Paskall was a Missionary who came to India in 1946 through the Canadian Baptist Ministries.

S. E. Krupa Rao was a Pastor of the Protestant Convention of Baptist Churches of Northern Circars where he held leadership positions in the Church society whose area of operation extended from Srikakulam District in the northern circars along the Bay of Bengal right through seven districts up to Guntur District.
