Fear Factor India is an Indian adaptation of the popular reality show Fear Factor. The series premiered on Sony TV on March 10, 2006, and was presented by Indian television actor Mukul Dev. [1] [2] The season 2 and onward seasons of the series aired on the Indian channel Colors titled Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi .

Fear Factor India — Jo Dar Ghaya So Mar Ghaya (Fear Factor: Whoever Got Scared is Dead ) was a series that aired on SET India. Shot in the exotic locales of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Season 1

Every week a number of contestants (celebrities) participated in the show. The winner got Rs. 10 lakhs. In every episode new contestants participated.

Season 2

The second season aired from 6 April to 1 June 2007.

A spin-off of the main-series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India was launched on 1 August 2020 where contestants from previous years participated.

Zara Nachke Dikha(English: Show Me Your Dance) is an Indian dance reality show originally aired on STAR One but then aired on STAR Plus. The series debuted on 14 July 2008 and was hosted by Karan Singh Grover and Shweta Gulati. All the contestants have a film or television background. Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout is an Indian reality game show. Aired on Imagine TV, it was the Indian version of the American reality show Wipeout on ABC. It was hosted by Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and co-hosted by Saumya Tandon. The show consisted of a series of obstacles which the contestants must clear to move on to the next round. If a contestant fails to complete an obstacle, he is said to be wiped out. It was organized at the Wipeout course in Buenos Aires, while the end-game bits were shot with Khan at the Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. The show started airing on 1 February 2011 at 9:00 pm and ended on 25 February 2011 with Kushal Punjabi as the winner taking home Rs. 5,000,000, while German-Polish model Claudia Ciesla was the runners-up by 51 seconds. Later this show was re-aired on Dangal TV.

The series is produced by Endemol Shine India. Filmed in Bulgaria, it is hosted by Rohit Shetty. The season ended on 26 July 2020 with Karishma Tanna declared as the winner and Karan Patel became the 1st runner up. The show's telecast was stopped due to the COVID-19 pandemic from 29 March to 27 June.

Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi – Made in India is a spin-off of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, an Indian reality and stunt television series featuring previous contestants of the show. The show aired from 1 August 2020 to 30 August 2020 on Colors TV. The series is produced by Endemol India, and is hosted by Rohit Shetty, and Farah Khan as interim host for first 2 episodes. Inclusions were made from season 7 to 10 only. Nia Sharma was declared as the winner of this limited edition followed by Karan Wahi as Runner up. This season was filmed entirely in Mumbai.

Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi Darr vs Dare is the eleventh season of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, an Indian reality and stunt television series produced by Endemol Shine India. The show aired from 17 July 2021 to 26 September 2021, on Colors TV. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, it was hosted by Rohit Shetty. Arjun Bijlani emerged as winner of this season while Divyanka Tripathi became the 1st runner up.

<i>Indian Idol</i> (Hindi TV series) Indian singing reality show

Indian Idol is an Indian Hindi-language singing reality show of Sony TV. It is an Indian version of the British show Pop Idol and is part of the Indian Idol series. It has aired on Sony Entertainment Television since 2004. Originally produced by Miditech Studios and its iconic producer-brothers, Niret Alva, Nikhil J Alva and Nivedith Alva, the series was an instant success. The brothers produced the first 5 seasons of the series and were instrumental in laying the foundation for its future success.
