Finlay "Fin" Graham (born 24 September 1999) is a British racing cyclist who competes in para-cycling road and track events.
He competed at the 2020 Summer Paralympics, winning silver medals in the individual pursuit C3 and road race C1–3 events. [1] [2]

He was part of the British team that won a silver medal in the 2020 Paralympic mixed 4 × 100 metres relay. He also competed for England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, and won the 1500 metres T54 event at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
