Glenn Townsend (born 24 April 1962) is an Australian water polo player who competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics, in the 1988 Summer Olympics, and in the 1992 Summer Olympics. [1]
The water polo competition at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia saw Hungary’s return to the gold medal platform and the introduction of the women’s tournament. The Australian women had lobbied the IOC hard for the inclusion of women’s water polo in the Olympics, including showing up at the airport dressed only in their swimsuits during one pre-Olympic visit by members of the IOC.
Iván Ernesto Pérez Vargas is a water polo player from Spain. He was born in Havana, Cuba, but became a Spanish citizen. He was a member of the national team that finished in sixth place at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. He also competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. He represented Cuba at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

He represented Australia as a member of the Australia men's national water polo team at three Olympics: 1976 Summer Olympics, 1980 Summer Olympics and 1984 Summer Olympics and Head Coach of the Australian team at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He later became a sport administrator working for the New South Wales Institute of Sport.
Thomas Whalan is an Australian water polo player who competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics, in the 2004 Summer Olympics (Vice-Captain), in the 2008 Summer Olympics (Captain) and in the 2012 Summer Olympics representing Australia in over 350 internationals.
Rhys Howden is an Australian water polo player who competed in the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. He was the joint top sprinter at the 2012 Olympics, with 19 sprints won. He was also the top sprinter at the 2016 Olympics, with 18 sprints won.
Christopher "Chris" Wybrow is an Australian water polo player who competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics, in the 1988 Summer Olympics, and in the 1992 Summer Olympics. In 2011, he was inducted into the Water Polo Australia Hall of Fame.
Aidan Joseph "AJ" Roach is an Australian male water polo player. At the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics, he competed for the Australia men's national water polo team in the men's event. He also competed at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships.
