Higher Military Customs Institute (Tashkent)

The Higher Military Customs Institute (Uzbek : Oliy harbiy bojxona instituti) is an educational institution of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan that trains specialists in the customs system. It was established on 22 May 2002, on the basis of the Academy of the Customs Service of Uzbekistan. As the institute's basic training routine improved, the organization of collegial links with similar educational departments of foreign countries grew. In its first year, 125 students were enrolled in the institute. It is located on 118 Gulkhani Street in Tashkent. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

MAN Auto-Uzbekistan

The MAN AUTO-Uzbekistan Company is a joint venture between the German MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG and the Uzbek OJSC UzAvtosanoat. The joint venture was founded in August 2009. Subsequently, the employees at the plant were trained by the MAN staff to ensure a proper assembly of the vehicles and to increase the theoretical knowledge of the workforce. The consolidation of the contractual joint venture took place on 4 September 2009 at the Oqsaroy Residence in Tashkent. Academy of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan

The Academy of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan is a body for the training of highly qualified military personnel for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It was originally established as an inter-service educational institution that serves the purpose of training officers for higher level leadership positions. Cadets who study at the acadeny are enrolled for at least 2 years. It was the first institution of its kind to be established on the militaries of Central Asia. The school requires all cadets to be fluent in the Uzbek language as well as have a basic knowledge of Russian.

The State Museum of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan is an institution located in northern Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It is under the direct control of the Ministry of Defense and serves as one of its cultural institutions. The museum has over 10,000 pieces of Uzbek military memorabilia, dating back from World War II era equipment to military artifacts from the Timurid dynasty. The total area is 3,000 square meters.
