Bago Region is an administrative region of Myanmar, located in the southern central part of the country. It is bordered by Magway Region and Mandalay Region to the north; Kayin State, Mon State and the Gulf of Martaban to the east; Yangon Region to the south and Ayeyarwady Region and Rakhine State to the west. It is located between 46°45'N and 19°20'N and 94°35'E and 97°10'E. It has a population of 4,867,373 (2014).
Dawei is a city in south-eastern Myanmar and is the capital of the Tanintharyi Region, formerly known as the Tenasserim Division, about 614.3 km (381.7 mi) south of Yangon on the northern bank of the Dawei River. Population, 139,900. It is at 14.09°N 98.20°E. Dawei is a port at the head of the Dawei River estuary, 30 km (18.6 mi). from the Andaman Sea. As a result, the city is prone to flooding during the monsoon season. "Dawei" is also the name of one of Myanmar's 135 ethnic minorities.

Hlaingthaya Township is located in the western part of Yangon, Myanmar. It is one of the biggest township in country and it is also the most populated township. The township comprises 20 wards and nine village tracts and shares borders with Htantabin Township in the north and west, Insein Township, Mayangon Township, and Hlaing Township in the east across the Yangon River, and Twante Township in the south.

Tanintharyi Region is an administrative region of Myanmar, covering the long narrow southern part of the country on the Kra Isthmus. There are many islands off the coast, the large Mergui Archipelago in the southern and central coastal areas and the smaller Moscos Islands off the northern shores. The division covers an area of 43,344.9 km², and had a population of 1,406,434 at the 2014 Census.
The St. Francis Roman Catholic Church is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in Hpa-An, Kayin State. The diocese was erected on January 24, 2009 from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Yangon. The current bishop of the diocese is Justin Saw Min Thide.

Zami River is a river of Myanmar, arising at 15°17′16″N 98°15′37″E in southern Kayin State. It flows north past Kyondaw, Phadaw, Apalon, Kanni, Kyungyaung, Danon, Kyain Seikgyi and Chaunghanakwa, where it flows into Mon State. The Zami River is a tributary of the Ataran River, which on a grander scale is part of the Salween River Basin.
Gyaing River is a river of Kayin State and Mon State, in southeastern Burma (Myanmar).
