The Hungarian Water Polo Federation (Hungarian : Magyar Vízilabda Szövetség, MVLSZ) is the governing body of water polo in Hungary. It was founded in 1989, and is the successor to the Magyar Úszó Szövetség, with the swimmers.

The Hungarian Water Polo Federation is a member of the Ligue Européenne de Natation (LEN) and the Fédération Internationale de Natation (FINA). Its headquarters are in Budapest.

Tibor Benedek was a Hungarian water polo player, who played on the gold medal squads at the 2000 Summer Olympics, 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics. Hungary mens national water polo team

The Hungary men's national water polo team represents Hungary in international men's water polo competitions and is controlled by the Hungarian Water Polo Association. They are considered the world's top power in the history of water polo, having won 15 Olympic, 11 World Championship, 10 FINA World Cup, 8 FINA World League, 24 European Championship and 16 Summer Universiade medals in total of 84.

Újpesti TE (mens water polo)

Újpesti Torna Egylet vízilabda szakosztály is a Hungarian water polo club from Újpest, Budapest, that is part of Újpesti TE sport society. The club was founded in 1885, while the waterpolo department was created in 1911. During its history, the club have won 26 national championship titles, more than any other teams.
