Issaguen (Berber: ⵉⵙⴻⴳⵡⵏ, Arabic : اساكن) is a town in Al Hoceïma Province, Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Morocco. According to the 2004 census it has a population of 1638. [1]
