Javier Retamozo is an Argentine hard rock and heavy metal keyboardist.
He starts his career in 1988 with LZ2, a hard rock band led by Martín Knye. In 1989, he is chosen as the fourth best keyboard player of the Argentinian hard rock scene in the annual poll carried out by "Metal", a local magazine. After that, he takes part in Reaktor, where he records his first album "Reaktor" in 1990. Three years later, he leaves Reaktor to join Rata Blanca.
For the next five years, he devotes his efforts to record "Entre el Cielo y el Infierno" (Between Heaven and Hell) and "Rata Blanca VII" (White Rat VII), being the first recorded in Spain during an international tour which included The USA, Mexico, Portugal, Peru, Brazil... and sharing stages with legendary bands such as AC/DC, Megadeth, Ozzy Osbourne, Faith No More, among many others. In 1995 and 1996 he is chosen as "The best local keyboardist" by Metal magazine. After Rata Blanca's break up, at the end of 1997, he joins "Rivendel" a Queen Tribute band.
In 2002, he is invited to take part in another legendary band in their get-together: Alakran . In 2003, he creates "PERPENDICULAR", a Deep Purple tribute band. During that year, he is called on by Guillermo Sánchez (Rata Blanca's bassist) to take part in a brand new project: Mala Medicina. In December 2007 he performed as a backing band member for a Graham Bonnet show in Buenos Aires. In 2008 he began working with Mario Ian (former bandmate in Rata Blanca) as a guest keyboardist, and remained in the band until 2012. In 2016, Retamozo joined Walter Giardino Temple South American tour, with Joe Lynn Turner in a tribute to Deep Purple and Rainbow. In 2017 tour South America and Europe with Temple, this time featuring Ronnie Romero from Rainbow.
Rainbow are a British/American rock band formed in London and Los Angeles in 1975 by guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. Established in the aftermath of Blackmore's first departure from Deep Purple, they originally featured four members of the band Elf, including their singer Ronnie James Dio, but after their self-titled debut album, Blackmore fired these members, except Dio, recruiting drummer Cozy Powell, bassist Jimmy Bain and keyboardist Tony Carey. This line-up recorded the band's second album Rising (1976), while Long Live Rock 'n' Roll (1978) saw Bob Daisley and David Stone replace Bain and Carey, respectively. Long Live Rock 'n' Roll was also the last album with Dio before he left the band to join Black Sabbath in 1979.
Donald Smith Airey is an English musician who has been the keyboardist in the rock band Deep Purple since 2002, after the retirement of Jon Lord. He has had a long and productive career, playing with such acts as Gary Moore, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Jethro Tull, Whitesnake, Saxon, Wishbone Ash, Colosseum II, Ten, Sinner, Michael Schenker, Rainbow, Empire, Brian May, Divlje jagode and Living Loud. He has also worked with Andrew Lloyd Webber.
David Stone is a Canadian keyboard player best known for playing with Rainbow. He later joined Max Webster for their album Universal Juveniles.
Douglas "Doogie" White is a Scottish rock vocalist who currently sings for La Paz. He has also notably sung for Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, Praying Mantis, Tank and Alcatrazz.

Stranger in Us All is the eighth studio album by the British hard rock band Rainbow, released on 21 August 1995 by RCA Records. This was the band's first studio album in twelve years, and originally intended to be a solo album by Blackmore, but due to pressures from BMG, it was billed as Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, which saw him putting together a new line-up featuring himself and four then-unknown musicians: vocalist Doogie White, bassist Greg Smith, keyboardist Paul Morris and drummer John O'Reilly.

Kamikaze is an Argentine heavy metal band. Their first LP, No me detendrán!, was released in 1988. Their second work had low sales because of the hyperinflation that plagued the country, and the band broke up after the third album. They had a brief reunion in 2003 for a pair of concerts, and a stable reunion in 2011.

The first popular artist was Pappo, who created the band Riff influenced by the contemporary new wave of British heavy metal.
