Jin Wan Plaza 1 is a supertall skyscraper under construction in Tianjin, China. It will be 300 metres (984.3 ft) tall. Construction started in 2011 and is expected to be completed in 2017. [ needs update ] The building will consist of hotels and offices and is one of three buildings in the Jin Wan Plaza complex.
Central Plaza is a 78-storey, 374 m (1,227 ft) skyscraper completed in August 1992 at 18 Harbour Road, in Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong. It is the third tallest tower in the city after 2 International Finance Centre in Central and the ICC in West Kowloon. It was the tallest building in Asia from 1992 to 1996, until the Shun Hing Square was built in Shenzhen, a neighbouring city. Central Plaza surpassed the Bank of China Tower as the tallest building in Hong Kong until the completion of 2 IFC.

The White Magnolia Plaza, also known as Sinar Mas Center, is a skyscraper whose construction was earlier suspended, but resumed construction in 2013, and was completed on January 4, 2017. Suzhou Center Plaza is located in the Central Business District of Suzhou, to the west of Jinji Lake. The building was intended as a part of large urban development project, Suzhou Industrial Park, and the estimated cost of the plaza is 28.5 billion yuan. In late 2019, it was announced that the Suzhou Zhongnan Center's megatall design would be replaced with a 499 metres tall building in compliance with Chinas ban on buildings taller than 500 meters. Construction is currently underway.
