Joe Dancey

Joe Dancey (born September 1976) [1] is a British politician who is the Labour Party candidate for Stockton West and currently works in public affairs for London-based Endeavour Advisory Ltd. [2] He previously worked for Lord Coe, [3] Baroness Amos and Lord Mandelson, a fellow graduate of St Catherine's College, Oxford. [4] [5]

Early Life

Dancey was born in Stockton-on-Tees to James Cook University Hospital NHS Nurse Mary Dancey and his father who was a Chemical Engineer at Seal Sands. [6] He was educated in Eaglescliffe at Junction Farm Primary School and Egglescliffe School. He attended the University of Oxford, where he studied Philosophy, politics and economics. [7] [8]

Personal Life

Dancey lives in East London with his partner, the Labour MP for Ilford North and Shadow Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Wes Streeting. [9] [10] [11] [12]
