Kalat (Persian : كلات‎, also Romanized as Kalāt)^[1] is a village in Akhand Rural District, Central District, Asaluyeh County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 333, in 70 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Akhand Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Asaluyeh County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,091, in 713 families. The rural district has 6 villages. The rural district's establishment was officially announced on 12 December 2012.
