Karachi Company is the largest and probably busiest shopping area of Islamabad. It is located at the centre of G-9 and is also known as G-9 Markaz. G-9 sector is the most populous sector of Islamabad. Karachi Company got its name from a construction company of Karachi, Which built the apartment complex of G-9/2 for government employees in and around 1978.
