Francis Michael Forde was an Australian politician who served as prime minister of Australia from 6 to 13 July 1945. He was the deputy leader of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) from 1932 to 1946. He served as prime minister in a caretaker capacity after the death of John Curtin, and is the shortest-serving prime minister in Australia's history.

He was the Deputy Premier of Queensland, Treasurer and Minister for State Development and Trade of the Queensland Government. On 24 March 2012, Andrew Fraser lost his seat to the LNP candidate Saxon Rice.

After the 2019 Federal election, he was appointed Shadow Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Defence Personnel.
Mark Lionel Furner is an Australian politician. He was a Labor member of Australian Senate from 2008 to 2014, representing the state of Queensland. Since the 2015 Queensland state election, he has represented Ferny Grove in the Queensland Legislative Assembly.
The Hon Andrew Alexander Kirkpatrick was an Australian politician, representing the South Australian Branch of the Australian Labor Party. He was a member of the South Australian Legislative Council from 1891 to 1897 and 1900 to 1909, a member of the South Australian House of Assembly from 1915 to 1918, and again a member of the Legislative Council from 1918 to 1928. He was the state Agent General in London from 1909 to 1914. Kirkpatrick was state Labor leader from 1917 to 1918, when the party split nationally over Billy Hughes' stance on conscription.
Stirling James Hinchliffe is an Australian politician. Born in Dalby, Queensland, he was educated at state schools and received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland. He was a property industry analyst, policy manager, policy advisor and executive officer before his entry into politics. He had a long involvement with the Australian Labor Party, which included a position as National Secretary of Young Labor in 1995. In the 2006 Queensland state election, he was elected to the safe Labor seat of Stafford, which he represented until being defeated in the 2012 Queensland state election. Vaughan Gregory Johnson is an Australian politician. Born in Bourke, New South Wales, he was a grazier and contractor before entering politics. Having moved to Queensland, he was a councillor on Quilpie Shire Council from 1970 to 1973. From 1972 to 1973, he was Chairman of the Quilpie Branch of the National Party. In 1989, Johnson was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Queensland as the National Party member for Gregory. He followed the Queensland Nationals into the Liberal National Party in 2008, and held the seat until his retirement in 2015. He has previously been the Shadow Minister for Sport and the Shadow Minister for Police and Corrections. He was appointed Government Chief Whip following the 2012 election.
Geoffrey James Wilson is an Australian politician. Born in Culcairn in New South Wales, he was a barrister and union official. In 1998, he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Queensland as the Labor member for Ferny Grove, which he has represented since. He was appointed Minister for Mines and Energy in September 2006 by Peter Beattie, and continued in that post after Anna Bligh took over as Premier a year later. Following the 2009 election, he was named Minister for Education and Training. In the February 2011 reshuffle, he was appointed Minister for Health. He served in that post until Anna Bligh resigned following Labor's loss at 2012 election, in which Wilson lost his seat.
Heinrich Palaszczuk is a former Labor member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland, and minister of the Beattie Government of Queensland. He was elected as the member for Archerfield in 1984, and held that seat until his election as the member for Inala in 1992. Palaszczuk retired from politics in 2006, and was succeeded in his seat of Inala by his daughter Annastacia Palaszczuk, who has been the Premier of Queensland since 2015.
Curtis Warren Pitt is an Australian politician who has been a Labor Party member of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland since 2009, representing the district of Mulgrave. On 14 February 2015, he was sworn in as Treasurer of Queensland.
