Khaneh Ket (Persian : خانه كت‎, also Romanized as Khāneh Ket and Khaneh-i-Kat; also known as Khāneh Ket Baker, Khāneh Qasţ, and Khani Kat)^[1] is a village in Khir Rural District, Runiz District, Estahban County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,108, in 238 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Khir Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Runiz District, Estahban County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,179, in 2,655 families. The rural district has 14 villages.

Runiz District is a district (bakhsh) in Estahban County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 22,809, in 5,465 families. The District has one city: Runiz. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Khir Rural District and Runiz Rural District.
