Kianna Underwood (born October 28, 1992) is an American actress.

Early life

Underwood was born in New York City, New York.

Career

Although Underwood has been in show business since the age of seven, her big break came in 2005 when she joined the tenth season of the long-running Nickelodeon program All That . In addition, she spent a year on the first national tour of Hairspray as Little Inez.

Nickelodeon is an American pay television network which was launched on December 1, 1977 as the first cable channel for children. It is owned by Viacom through its Viacom Media Networks division's Nickelodeon Group unit and is based in New York City. It broadcasts usually from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. It is primarily aimed at children and adolescents aged 2–17.

<i>All That</i> television series

All That is an American sketch comedy television series created by Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin. The series originally aired on Nickelodeon from April 16, 1994 to October 22, 2005, lasting ten seasons, and was produced by Tollin/Robbins Productions. The pilot episode was originally shown as a special "sneak peek", with the show officially debuting a regular series on December 24, 1994.

When Tracy wins a role on the show, she becomes a celebrity overnight, and meets a colorful group of characters, leading to social change as Tracy campaigns for the show's integration.

The season aired 15 episodes, beginning with a special to celebrate the 10th anniversary. Approximately 6.2 million total viewers watched the special on both its April 23 and April 24 airings, making it the top cable or broadcast program for the 2-11, 6-11, and 9-14 age demographics.
