Kondolovo (Bulgarian : Кондолово) is a village in Tsarevo Municipality, in Burgas Province, in southeastern Bulgaria. [1]

Burgas Province is a province in southeastern Bulgaria, including southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. The province is named after its administrative and industrial centre - the city of Burgas - the fourth biggest town in the country. It is the largest province by area, embracing a territory of 7,748.1 km2 (2,991.6 sq mi) that is divided into 13 municipalities with a total population, as of December 2009, of 422,319 inhabitants.
Kondolovo is situated in Strandzha Mountain and lies within the territory of Strandzha Nature Park. It is one of the few villages with preserved Strandzha's typical architecture of the late 19th - early 20th century. It is situated on the northern watershed of the river Veleka, on the road Tsarevo - Gramatikovo - Malko Tarnovo, at 24 km from Tsarevo.
Strandzha is a mountain massif in southeastern Bulgaria and the European part of Turkey. It is in the southeastern part of the Balkans between the plains of Thrace to the west, the lowlands near Burgas to the north, and the Black Sea to the east. Its highest peak is Mahya Dağı in Turkey, while the highest point on Bulgarian territory is Golyamo Gradishte. The total area is approximately 10,000 km2 (3,861 sq mi).
Strandzha Nature Park is the largest protected area in Bulgaria spanning a territory of 1,161 square kilometres (448 sq mi) in the Strandzha Mountain in the extreme south-eastern corner of the country on the border with Turkey. It was established on 25 January 1995 to protect ecosystems and biodiversity of European importance, as well as the traditional cultural, historical and folklore heritage of the region. The altitude varies from 710 metres (780 yd) on Gradishte Peak to 0 metres (0 yd) at the Black Sea coast with average length of 50 kilometres (31 mi) from west to east and 20 kilometres (12 mi) from north to south.
The Veleka is a river in the very southeast of Bulgaria, as well as the very northeast of European Turkey. It is 147 km long, of which 108 km in Bulgaria and 25 km in Turkey, and takes it sources from a number of Karst springs in the Turkish part of the Strandzha (İstranca) mountain to flow into the Black Sea at the Bulgarian village of Sinemorets. Veleka is situated in Strandzha Nature Park.
