Kurt Richter (1885–1960) was an Austrian art director of the silent era. He designed the sets for more than a hundred films during his career, including a number made by the leading German company UFA where he frequently collaborated with director Ernst Lubitsch. [1]

Rudolf Biebrach German actor

In his youth, Biebrach had worked for some years as an engraver. He got his first engagement as an actor in Gießen during 1890/1891. After a long career as a stage actor, Biebrach managed to become a successful director and character actor in the German film during the 1910s. He directed many films with Henny Porten and Lotte Neumann.

The following year he appeared in one of Ernst Lubitsch's first directorial attempts, A Trip on the Ice (1915). Paulig was in a number of Harry Piel, thrillers including The Man Without Nerves (1924).
