Lars "Lasse" Nils Berghagen (born 13 May 1945 [1] ) is a Swedish singer, songwriter and actor.


Berghagen is a well known singer-songwriter in Sweden. He released his first record in 1965, aged just 19. Four years later, in 1969, he released the single Teddybjörnen Fredriksson ("The Teddybear Fredriksson"), which has become a classic. Other hits include Sträck ut din hand , En kväll i juni and Stockholm i mitt hjärta .

Berghagen won the Swedish 1975 Melodifestivalen with the song Jennie, Jennie . [2] He also participated in Melodifestivalen 1974 with the song Min kärlekssång till dig ("My Lovesong For You"), taking second place (after ABBA). [3]

He hosted the popular summer TV show Allsång på Skansen (Singalong at Skansen) from 1994 to 2003. During his time as host the show increased its ratings from 600,000 to 2,000,000 viewers, which by Swedish standards is considered an impressive rating (Sweden has approximately 10,000,000 inhabitants).

He was married to singer Barbro "Lill-Babs" Svensson from 1965 to 1968. He is the father of actress and TV personality Malin Berghagen, and the ex father-in-law of Tommy Nilsson.

Berghagen also holds the official world record for hitting a golf ball the longest distance, from one country, through another and into a third.[ citation needed ] This was done at Treriksröset, when he hit a golf ball from Norway, through Sweden, and into Finland.

Allsång på Skansen is a Swedish show held at Skansen, Stockholm, every summer on Tuesdays between 8pm and 9pm. The audience is supposed to sing along with musical guest stars to well-known Swedish songs. The show started in 1935 on a small scale; about 50 people in the audience. Today about 10,000–25,500 people come to each performance.

Lasse Stefanz

Lasse Stefanz, earlier Lasse Stefans, is a country music-inspired dansband, formed in 1967 in Kristianstad, Sweden. The band was popular during the 1980s. The band was formed by Hans Sigfridsson, Lars Sigfridsson and Olle Jönsson. Later members are Christer Ericsson, Anders Pettersson and Gunnar Nilsson. Olle Jönsson is the singer, as well as the ex-drummer. Lasse Stefanz had hits with songs as "Oh, Julie" (1982) and released albums as Peppelinos Bar (1988). 1989-1990, Lasse Stefanz and Christina Lindberg had a Svensktoppen hit with the song "De sista ljuva åren". In 1989, Lasse Stefanz was awarded a Grammis for "Dansband of the year".


Orup, is a Swedish pop singer, songwriter and guitarist who enjoyed major success in his native country and Scandinavia in the late 1980s and early 1990s with songs like "Jag blir hellre jagad av vargar", "Regn hos mig", "M.B.", "Då står pojkarna på rad", "Magaluf", and "Stockholm". Orup has also written several songs for other performers. He wrote the winning song of Melodifestivalen 2004, "Det gör ont" performed by Lena Philipsson. He was one of the judges on X Factor in 2012. Orup also took part in season 5 of the Swedish TV-show Så mycket bättre, broadcast on TV4.

Towa Carson Swedish singer

Towa Carson, born on 31 March 1936 in Eskilstuna, Sweden, is a Swedish schlager singer. She debuted in 1954 and had the most success in the 1950s and 1960s like De tre klockorna, Swedish version of The three bells, which peaked at No. 4, Spara sista dansen för mig, which also peaked at No. 4 and her biggest hit Jag måste ge mig av, peaked at No. 3. She recorded many duets with Lasse Lönndahl, the most successful one was Visa mig hur man går hem peaked at No. 12. The Swedish national radiochart Svensktoppen contains 25 "Towa-hits". She participated in the Swedish song contest Melodifestivalen in 1967 and 1968. Sanna Nielsen

Sanna Viktoria Nielsen is a Swedish singer and television presenter. On her seventh attempt, she won Melodifestivalen in 2014 with the song "Undo" and so represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark, finishing in 3rd place overall. Sanna was one of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 commentators for Sweden and hosted Melodifestivalen 2015 along with comedian Robin Paulsson. She was announced as the new presenter for the sing-along show Allsång på Skansen for the summer of 2016. She hosted Eurovision The Party at the Tele2 Arena for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.

Min kärlekssång till dig, also called "Jag har köpt mig en akustisk gitarr" as per the beginning of the song, is a 1974 pop song written by Lasse Berghagen. Berghagen contested Melodifestivalen 1974 with this song and finished on 2nd place, and at the performance he played an acoustic guitar.

"Sträck ut din hand" is a vispop song by Lasse Berghagen, released in 1994 on the band Kelleys' album Dansmix 3. In 1995 Berghagen released it on his album with the same name, and also as single.

Cookies N Beans

Cookies 'N' Beans are a Swedish country music group consisting of Frida Öhrn, Linda Ström and Charlotte Centervall. The girls started the group in 2003 and in 2007 the group released their first coveralbum Tales from a Trailor Trash Soul. They participated in Melodifestivalen 2009, the Swedish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 in Russia, with the song "What If", and again in Melodifestivalen 2013 for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö, with their song "Burning Flags". The group's fourth album, The First Steps, was released on 13 March 2013. The group has also appeared on several Swedish television shows such as Allsång på Skansen and Lotta på Liseberg singing their songs after appearing in Melodifestivalen the first time in 2009.

Leif Bloms was a dansband in Växjö in Sweden. scoring chart successes at the Swedish album chart during the mid-late 1970s. On 31 December 1995 the band was disbanded after singing and playing together for almost 40 years. Starting with the 1981 album Håll dig kvar, the band's singer was Mona Gustafsson, who wrote the band's 1992 song "Dej ska jag älska all min tid" which won the 1992 Hänt song contest in Älvsjö. After the band was disbanded, Mona Gustafsson, Patrik Ahlm and René Saulesco founded another dansband, Mona G:s orkester.

En vän som du was released on 1 April 2009 and is a double compilation album by Swedish band Lasse Stefanz It consists of songs recorded by the band between 1988 and 2008.

Annika Herlitz

Annika Herlitz, is a Swedish singer, musical performer, and voice actress. She provided the Swedish voice for the snow queen Elsa in the Walt Disney film Frozen. The film was released in Sweden on 31 January 2014. Herlitz performed the song from Frozen Let It Go at Allsång på Skansen.

Ewa Roos

Ewa Maria Roos Sevenheim is a Swedish singer and actress. Roos started her career at the age of thirteen when she won a talent search by the radio show Landet runt. She won a lead singer place in the orchestra Bosse Lidéns orkester; she was so young that she needed permission from childcare services to sing at nights and evenings. She recorded her first record called Polly the same year. In 1963, she won a talent competition hosted by Bildjournalen, and she represented Sweden in a singing competition in Riccone, Italy. She sang the song "I valet och kvalet", which was written by Owe Thörnqvist.
