Lebedinsky Oil Plant is a Ukrainian oil refining enterprise. The company was founded in late 1994 [2] with the support of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oil Refining Industry "Masma" (Kyiv) [3] on the basis of a former military facility as a company with a modern name. The design production capacity was 50 thousand tons per year. [2]

Zaporizhzhia thermal power station is a large thermal power plant (DRES) at Enerhodar in Ukraine that was built by the Soviet Union between 1971 and 1977. It is the most powerful thermal power station in Ukraine, with an installed capacity of 3,650MWe. Its primary fuel is coal; it can also fire natural gas and fuel oil, and has tank storage for these reserve fuels adjacent to the coal bunkers.

The Halychyna Oil Refinery Complex is the oldest oil refinery in Ukraine, and it was built in 1863. As of 2005, its capacity is about 3.5 million tons of crude oil per year. The refinery is located in the city of Drohobych, Lviv Oblast.

Derussification in Ukraine is a process of removing Russian influence from the country of Ukraine. This continues the process of decolonisation, which began during the collapse of the Russian Empire, but was interrupted, partly during the policy of indigenization, and finally resumed after the collapse of the USSR and intensified during the demolition of Lenin monuments during the Euromaidan and further systemic process of decommunization in Ukraine. The main impetus for the revival of the process was also the Russo-Ukrainian War. As of April 8, 2022, according to a poll by the sociological group Rating, 76% of Ukrainians support the initiative to rename streets and other objects whose names are associated with Russia.
